Well I've been eating here for years and its always been great eating. But as of lately they haven't been on point. My order was wrong they gave me large thin crust pizza when I ordered medium pans not to mention my order was late i waited for 45min. Very u satisfied. I will give them sometime to get it together and I might try again.nI rate this pizza hut 2 stars

Totally horrible the pizza was disgusting delivered cold no sauce I spent 30 plus dollars and gave a great tip. the wait time is extremely long long to deliver my pizza just before they was getting ready to close, totally totally disappointed would not be ordering from this location again. Grade 0

Tried their deep dish pizza and was extremely disappointed. It looked and tasted like I ordered breadsticks. The sauce was just thrown on the top, not even baked into the pizza. A total waste of money. I'll stick to my thin n crispy.

Not sure who you have running this location but let me just tell you I will never order pizza from here again after waiting two and a half hours for pizza to be delivered we called the store and they did not put us on hold but left the Line open and we heard all kinds of F words and conversation that was completely unprofessional unacceptable and way way out of line no apologies were offered let alone any accountability that they even acted this way I was hung up on twice because they refused to give me the manager's name I finally got that it was Tiana. one of the girls that was there last night's name was Michelle so you need to check into what's going on in your franchise because looking at your reviews it's not good.

The last 3 times my mother, sister, and I have had the same experience. A girl asks if we want to tip, after we had done the ordering online or in the app, only to be told our food is not ready and having to wait 20 minutes or more (this time more) for the food. It was given to me after I had watched them put it in the warmer... 10 minutes before someone finally came back to the window. Last time they completely messed up the other. My suggestion, if you have to drive a little further, go to a different store.
