Major issues between the staff..Arguments on mopping, mass confusion on orders..Was told 15 minutes for a sub, and pizza dish...Still at 30 minutes waiting..Here watching the comical show..They have no clue on multiple orders, feel bad for the people waiting on delivery and pick up, constant confusion between staff of 4.. I will say when the order was finally ready the gentleman that handed me the order apologized for the wait, which was appreciated.They need training ,guidance and some supervision..Understanding COVID, but this had nothing to do with Covid..Just lack of proper training, guidance and supervision..If the franchise owner was there or a leader was there during this time, they may want to look at their leadership skills..This was just an outright embarrassment for the brand..
After just calling to place an order and being yelled at for asking about specials by the nasty girl who answered the phone.. not so much, hire better people Marcos. Highly disappointed.
Friendly people, delightful service, wonderful pizza
Consistently good! My favorite take out pizza.
