I've been to many gyms and I can honestly say that this is the best gym ever!! The staff is amazing and positive especially the front desk. They enjoy what they do and it shows!! This past year has been rough for most people and this place has been my outlet and stress reliever ud83dude01

Stay far away from this place. Not only are their PT sessions expensive, it is almost impossible to cancel the contract with this company. The manager is the only person who is able to change anything on an account yet he’s never available to actually change anything. Communication is poor. The only reason they get two stars is because Chase Howell is an amazing trainer. Other than Chase, save your money and stay away.

Not a bad place for the price. But the trainers seem to have priority over equipment. To me that's backwards to how a business should operate. I understand that the gym needs to make money but it's very rude to have a trainer take about 4 stations of equipment in such a small gym. I think the concept behind crunch was confused to what kind of gym its wants to be.n1. A trainer and class instructor gym.n2. Or a low cost gym for people who do not used trainers or classes to work out.

Ali and Kyle were super informative and helpful. Made this transition super smooth. Definitely recommending to come see them.

These gyms are great all across the Atlanta area. My only issue with them is the fact that specifically the Snellville location which I’ve been to about 10 times as I’ve been to almost all in the area never has hot water for showers. Other locations sometimes have hot water or are fairly consistent but this location never does. Has a broken shower head that has been broken for months and no mater how long the water stays on it never gets hot. I’ve paid daily fees at one life fitness or other various gyms depending on where I am and have never taken cold showers. I have mentioned it to staff with no change. Overall great gyms but a hot shower after a hard workout is one of basic perks of a gym and it’s not found here
