I absolutely love this place! This type of exercising is ‘out of my comfort zone’ and I was nervous to start, but everyone is welcoming & patient! Now, I’m addicted!

Great place to work out. Not to busy
I loved it when I went on my free day. I was recovering from extensive knee surgery and keefa worked with me and she had me do stretches and work outs that help my knee and quads . I had a blast , the cardio here is nothing like cardio at planet fitness . Soooo with that being said I will be coming back and becoming a member
