A true sanctuary with a feeling of love and compassion all around. Not like other studios where people talk and they play pop music. This is a real treat and a great opportunity to release and relax from the days stress

I always go to this studio when in town. All of the classes I have attended have had knowledgeable and helpful instructors, and the place has a feeling of community. And for amazing bodywork, try the Thai massage with Marwan. Your body will thank you!

Wonderful place to learn & practice Yoga. Very friendly & welcoming crowd. Nice variety of classes & teachers. Great for all skill levels.

Outstanding Yoga Studio. A variety of classes offered throughout the day. Wonderful, caring instructors. The owner Marcia really knows her stuff! Great pricing starting at $65/month for unlimited classes. If you are looking to become a Certified Yoga Instructor check out their YTT 2018 program.
