I got to my appointment 10 minutes early to sign in and then I waited an hour after my appointment time and the doctor didn’t even show up. The store is lazy and doesn’t care about customers waiting don’t come here for a check up.

Terrible. Out of all the cvs stores i have been to. This is by far the worst one. might as well drive a couple minutes farther for a different location. Staff didn’t offer me any help and was rude.

The pharmacy section is very slow and rude ...and they hardly pickup their calls

I just got off the phone with the pharmacy a couple minutes ago about getting amoxicillin filled for my allergy testing tomorrow. Initially, they called to inform me the prescription cannot be filled because there’s no directions on it. Since it’s Sunday and the office is closed there’s nothing they can do about it today. I acknowledged the fact they can’t fill it today. However, I kindly asked if it’s possible to get it filled tomorrow before 1 pm. The pharmacist got in an attitude with me and said, “mam, they’re closed today what are we supposed to do?” We went back and forth a little bit. I tried to explain to her (so a bit of common sense would click in her head) that the pharmacy is open tomorrow AND the doctor’s office is open tomorrow morning as well. Per my doctor’s instruction, I needed to get it filled the day before my allergy testing. I just wanted to know the possibility of getting it filled before 1pm so I’d know if the appointment need to be rescheduled. Once again, she gets agitated for no reason and told me I can call my doctor tomorrow to get them to call the pharmacy. At that point, I was over it. The lack of common sense and customer service is damning. If you get agitated by simple important questions, especially surrounding peoples health and lives, then you should just quit and find a career elsewhere. The attitude is not called for whatsoever.
