If you area savvy consumer, then you'll know that Mack is great for buying a very nice car from. His price is fair and his nicer cars are super nice. I got an excellent car for a very fair price with no haggling. Do your research and you'll see that Mack sells good cars for a fair price. After test driving like 8 cars, I then met Mack and bought a superb '08 Prius from him and would recommend him to friends and family for car buying.nnAlso, I paid Toyota $150 for a pre-car purchase inspection and my car received an excellent rating. I also recommend you plan on getting 2-3 pre-car purchasing inspections before you find the right car.nnThank you, Mack!nn~ Javi in Kennesaw

Purchased an 06 Honda Oddossey mini van from them on a Friday. I found it listed on Car Guru. I called Rashmi and discussed when would be a good time for me to come see the vehicle. I live an hour away. I went up there the same day. I test drove the car, looked it over, all appeared to be well. “Unfortunately i’m no mechanic” the price on the website was $4,250. Which wouldn’t have been a bad price IF the van had been in the condition Rashmi presented it to be. SAFE!!! After discussing pricing she agreed to drop it to $4,000 but lied to my face about the cost of the tag. It’s $20 REGARDLESS of whether you get it from the tag office or if the dealership pays for it and has it shipped to you “I called and verified with my local tag office” the lady on the phone from the tag office told me that most dealers pay for it and ship the tag to the buyer, she asked me why the dealer wasn’t offering to do that. I told her that the dealer stated it would cost more that way. The tag office lady pointed out that, that was not true and that the dealer just didn’t want to pay for it. It wasn’t a big deal. Annoying that she lied to my face. But I could pay $20 for the tag especially since she had dropped $250 off their orginal asking price. Rashmi did tell me upfront that the van needed an oil change. To me it seemed odd that they wouldn’t have done that since they supposedly had a mechanic on site. But I figured they were being cheap and just didn’t wanted to spend the money on it just as they didn’t want to on the tag. I also noticed that the engine was super clean. But I figured they just cleaned it up to make it look nice. WRONG! I purchased the car, and my Dad helped me on Saturday with transportation to bring it home. As I drove it on the interstate the oil percentage rapidly went down throughout the drive. It got to 0% by the time I reached home. I took it to get an oil change ASAP thinking the oil was just in bad shape since she had told me it needed an oil change. Again I was WRONG. Shortly after dropping the car off I got a call, the repair shop had MAJOR concerns about my vehicle. BOTH axcels were completely broken!!!! $550 repair and could’ve been life threatening if they had given out while myself and my CHILDREN were on the road. Right rear shocks were leaking badly $199 repair. And to top it all off there was a MAJOR oil leak!!! The CVV $700 part and $299 labor to install. The shop told me outright that the dealership had clearly tried to hide the oil leak. The engine had been pressure washed and they had placed a plastic covering over the broken part in the engine to try and hide it. I was so upset. My kids and I could’ve died on the road, and the dealership tricked me into thinking this was a sound safe vehicle. At that point my father was livid, he called first thing Monday and demanded that they either repair the vehicle or return our money and take the van back. They exchanged words Rashmi would not budge, insisted it wasn’t her problem, that there was nothing wrong with the car, that we were lying and it was MY car now! My father pointed out that we could’ve died and that the repair shop was willing to put in writing that it was obvious they had purposely hidden the damages. She then put her husband Mack on the phone and he offered for us to buy the parts and then pay half labor costs for THEIR mechanic to repair it. My father said absolutely NOT!!! But Mack resfused to pay for anyone else to repair it. They came to an agreement of the van being returned and Mack refunding me $3,800 out of the $4,000 I had paid. PLUS the oil change I had done on the van. So I was out $300 on this vehicle for absolutely no good reason!!!! My father accepted this agreement as it was the best we could get after everything with this HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, unprofessional, and scam of a deal!!! We returned the vehicle collected the $3,800 and will NEVER EVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!! STEER CLEAR, they don’t care about your safety, your wallet, your children, JUST themselves!!!!
