I just bought a car from Sam. I paid cash. There was a little bit of an issue with the paperwork, and collecting tax money. It was very easily corrected. Had there been no issues I would have easily given Epicity 5 stars. Sam and his staff never tried to avoid me, always answered my calls or text messsges in a relatively timely manner. Sam and his team sold me my car in 2016 and have been nothing but helpful ever since. I purchased my car at $3,000 less than the KBB value and whenever I needed maintenance, he has always been helpful is assisting with it even though it’s not his responsibility. Even when I got into a minor fender bender in 2018, he assisted with repairs!nnFast forward to 2019, and my car needs a major repair. Sam has worked tirelessly to help me repair my car at a fraction of the dealership cost. I would recommend Epi City for an affordable used car. I've had my Acura TL for more than 5 years now. I received a great payment and was able to pay it off in 2 1/2 years!!! Sam was great from beginning to end. He holds his end of the bargain. Any and every problem I noticed or was known previously about the vehicle was fixed before I drove the vehicle home. I loove my car until this day. I'm 21 had A car for less then a week and to Return it because my Stubbs I was wrongfully Tricked to come in on break I ended up losing my job because instead of them simply asking me to bring it so I can set up a ride OSCAR takes the car meanwhile I'm Stuck no Ride and was forced to leave so I had to make a 5hr walk home and they pocketed my down payment and lied and said I didn't give them anything but I have text and everything between me and them Was recored on my iPhone because I knew he was going this but anyways don't get a car from them they really tried to get over on a 21 year old for 800 dollars Lawsuit in order so hopefully by the time we finish you guys won't even have to worry about OSCAR make sure to keep all messages and recored all conversation cause I have everything from him driving the cars as personal cars threats toward me and my fiance and even his personal life about his wife ud83dude02ud83dude02 Good luck
