Salesperson was not pushy but very helpful. Test drove a couple of vehicles before making my final decision and purchase. Got a great deal and warranty. Very happy with my choice.
I found them off of car gurus a few weeks ago. I wish I would’ve read the reviews because I would’ve never came up there. I called up there about a car literally for them to hold for 30 minutes no more than 30. I got there just to find out they sold the car 2 days previously. I ended up getting a different car. Checked out good for the test drive 10 minutes after I drove of the check engine light came on and it broke down. Basically all their cars are cheap because they have hidden mechanical issues. They literally turn all the codes off so you don’t see them until you leave. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
I purchased a Brown 2012 BMW X5 and I had an awesome experience. They made promises and they delivered on every one of them. The vehicle is in great shape inside and out. I recommend this dealership and I will definitely use again.
This has to be one of the most bootleg car lots ever! 2014 Chevrolet Cruze RS purchased a little over one month ago, check engine light came on and we had it checked. Minor repair, O2 sensor. The dealership agreed to repair the vehicle. We have gone there 3 times and been given the run around. We were told to take the car to “their” mechanic and that turned out to be a Jiffy Lube! Took it back again and we were told the part had been ordered and they would call when it was in, that was 3 weeks ago, no call. Then the temporary tag ran out and we were told that we had to go to the MVD to pay again and pick up the plates. Never have I ever had to go pick them up myself. We were told the tag fee was not included in the purchase price even though it is itemized as a charge on our paperwork. You literally have to curse them out to get what you purchased! Please get everything in writing before leaving this establishment because they will give you the run around. Usual salesman, nice during the purchase process but shady once it’s done. If I could leave 0 ⭐ufe0f, I would have. Buyer's beware!
