Michael thank you so much for the tremendous help! I wanted to surprise my husband with a truck for our wedding anniversary. My husband is a wonderful, selfless, giving, loving man and he takes such good care of me and the kids. I wanted to show my gratitude and love for him by getting him the truck that he wants but would never by for himself. So after saving money for a while I looked online and discovered that luxury cars of Atlanta had the exact truck of my husbands dreams. I submitted my interest online and the following morning Michael reached out to me and answered all my questions. When we came in to take a look at the truck Michael welcomed us and gave us his undivided attention. He even helped me with my plan to pretend that the truck was for a friend of mine. My husband had no idea it was actually for him!! While my check took longer to process into my bank account Michael offered me an opportunity to leave a deposit to hold the truck and I thought that was extremely considerate. When we came to purchase the truck we were in and out. I was able to leave my babies with my mom outside in my van while I signed the paper work and paid; that’s how quick we moved through the buying process. When I left in my husbands new truck I felt so happy and couldn’t wait to surprise him. He couldn’t stop grinning when we pulled up in his truck, my husband was ecstatic!!! Michael made the entire process easy, comfortable and enjoyable. From start to finish I felt valued as a customer and the conversation with Michael felt like I was doing business with a close family friend who truly cared about my experience with his dealership. The price of the car this dealer advertise is not the actual price he want to sale the car for. Went to this dealer and was prepared to pay the asking price. The dealer wanted to add an extra 1000+plus dollars in dealer fees! This dealer does not adverstise the price they want to sale the car for. Instead they adverstise a very low price and when you get to their location to buy the car they want to tack on a huge amount of dealer fees to compensate for the low price. This dealer is playing games to get you to their location. When you ask them for a break-down of the fees they will refuse to give it to you. This so called make shift dealer is playing a game with the public and think Americans are stupid. Buyer beware!!!
