Bought a BMW E46 M3 from Mark, and couldn't be any more pleased with his service and the car. The car met every aspect he mentioned and more. He went out of his way and bought me a launch while putting a complimentary fresh oil before I left his dealer. Highly recommended!
I would rate this 10 stars if I can. I came looking for a car and ended up buying a 2012 Honda Civic which I am completely satisfied with and within my budget Mark was very helpful when I asked him for cars within my budget and was very patient which is why I would rate this 10 stars if I can. I will most definitely recommend this dealer to my friends who need cars to fix,clean, or need to buy cars at all!
Avoid under all circumstances! Drove 4 hrs from TN and “Mark” Helped us. At the end of the transaction he leads w/the usual for these types of places “because I like you guys 3 mth warranty on me”nI was so excited and kept saying may God bless you!nWe bought an 08 Nissan Titan. This guy stopped responding to me. Still don’t have my tag! Just a few day’s later the ignition switch trips and the truck won’t start!nEach time I reached out he says “I’m cancelling from the first company because they didn’t deliver”nI asked what’s the name of the warranty, he says Gold Standard!nWe financed 7K and the finance company can’t do anything due to this falsehood!nPraying the universe gives back to him exactly what is intended for him!nCan’t believe he lied....just shows client service not considered here! Been way over a month and no tag too!
out of the 4 dealers that i have been to this month this one has been the most helpful and reliable. I also got my daughter her first car from here and she loves and drives around the whole country with it since she goes on trips with he volleyball team and the car still hasn't had any problems.
Highly recommended! Mark was incredibly accommodatingnand probably the most knowledgeable professional we have ever worked with in buying a car. We bought a 2007 GMC Yukonnand it was the smoothest experience. We had a problem with the air conditioning not blowing cold air (standard with these cars ) and Mark had his mechanic fix it. He then fixed the squeaking in the door, and a fuse as well. Honestly, we cannot stand buying cars because there are so many shady people- but this place, but so thankful that there are some good ones out there!
