The line was long as always to be expected but got through in a decent time. I did my order through the app to get my free coupon and points. I got the pink drink. It was good not great probably won't buy again. But cashier was cute and nice.

I want to preface this review by saying I've been to the Starbucks down the road a few times, and this location is my preference always if I can help it. The customer service is excellent and the baristas always will want to make sure you have what you need- within their own reasoning of course. I mean, if they're out of pastries no one can do anything about it so angry customers will just be that- angry. But in particular, I want to say the guy at the window, I think his name was Micheal was super nice and wanted to get to know me as well and ensured my drink met my expectation. Also from the other times I've been here, Sarah made sure that the drink I liked was good, and she even recommended me some cool drinks I've never thought of. Love going here!

Very unfortunate! We made a super long line and it's fine that they didn't have the pastries we wanted but our drinks were super watery and undrinkable. It might as well been coffee flavored water.

Don’t know if they changed staff or what, but it has been a handful of times now that I’ve come to this location and the person taking orders in drive thru was just unpleasant. Today for example I didn’t ask for any changes just oder a few things off the menu as is, and she was trying to complicated it with changes I had to repeat I want it just like the menu and the phone app says. She still managed to put in the wrong order and gave me a grande instead of venti in something I didn’t oder.

Fast service and the veggie egg wrap was both hot and very tatsy!
