I thoroughly enjoy coming to this location because of how smooth of an operation it is along with being reasonably priced. But If I had to boast about one thing, it would be about Audrey. She is beyond 5 stars when it comes to customer service and making sure your visit is satisfactory. She literally goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of her guest and her commitment is shown with her every interaction. She is definitely the cherry on top of this establishment.

Went for a family night out to reward the kids for doing well in school and they picked bowling. Had a wonderful time we had to wait for other family members to arrive and while doing so the kids discovered the arcade room. The lady that helped us was Aubrey. She suggested an arcade card which was $50 plus , wasn’t a bad price because of all the kids we had. She was very friendly and helpful very knowledgeable and patient with me with all my questions, big family but on a budget. It turned out to be a wonderful evening it was our first time and we will be back and thank you Aubrey for helping us. Good family fun

Absolutely terrible experience. We arrive and already the service is very unfriendly. Then we begin bowling, and we had to reset it because the pins weren’t resetting. Then we have to stop for 15 minutes because the pins didn’t reset, then after the technician resets the pins, it was still stuck on one player! We talk to the manager who was unfriendly as well, and all he says is he can offer us coupons... will never go again and a waste of money.

Most of the time a great experience this time included friendly staff that is focused on customer servies and doing all they can to both stay safe and give customers a safe experience. I have gone they quite a few times in the last several years and would look at any bad experiences someone has reported as an outlier and not an overall assessment of stars and strikes. Simply put 99% of the time including today a great experance and lots of fun
