Had an appt for 11am. I thought it was for a real store BUT instead it was a Walmart kiosk. By 11:20 no Jackson Hewitt employees had arrived. They're only open from 11-6 anyway. Get yourself to work on time Patricia!!

Bad experience last year. My boyfriend still has not received his money. He called customer service twice last year but kept giving him the runaround. He ended up getting half of his tax return. Please do yourself a favor don't come here.

Filed 3/26 Check was ready April 4th according to IRS. 4/18 and I'm still waiting. Bad communication throughout every problem occured.
