We did our 2015 taxes with him and were very happy but this year is a completely different story.nnAs of 8/21/17 I am still trying to get my 2016 tax return filed. in April I provided our paperwork and we were told an extension was filed and our taxes would be completed in late May.nnOther than one call about a month ago, where I was told I would have them in a week or two, I have received no response.nnI finally just made an appointment with another accountant after numerous emails and voicemails went unreturned.
