Best subs ever
Food was good. The floor was freshly mopped and extremely wet when I arrived. Very dangerous for customers to commute on.
Terrible customer service. I called to place an order to pick up. The first time I called the young man put me on hold (I ciuld hear him taking orders from customers as I held hold. So I called back for him to laugh when I said I had been on hold with you taking orders from customers walking in). I went in to place an order on Sunday, the manager was screaming across the counter at a customer that she was not giving her give her a refund on some drinks. .
Food was good. We decided to dine in and the things I observed should be addressed. Your unmasked friend should NOT be sitting at a table waiting on you while you should be working. There should be absolutely no refills on the drink fountain. We are in a PANDEMIC. Hello....I will NOT be back and I pray we are ALL safe in the days ahead.
Food was great. Good service too but dirty tables and out of napkins again!
