If I could give no stars I would. You advertise the facility closes at 10. I rushed to get here by 940 and you come to the intercom and say your closed. Really! I am reaching out to corporate. And from reading these comments this place seems to close early a lot. They just want to get out earlier. Worse location ever!!!!! I will never come here again, just a waste of gas and a sorry excuse for a establishment. Everyone there needs to be fired.
Had to leave a review from another one of my accounts because I was unable to respond on a previous review I left. Tried DQ THREE times this week only to hear “we are not serving Ice cream”. At this point, close down, turn yourselves into a fast food restaurant- minus ice cream, or rid the place of the rude girls in the drive they window before your business flops...big time. Those girls seem to get a thrill out of watching people drive past the drive thru after telling them “we aren’t serving ice cream”. When will the upper heads handle their staff once and for all??
Simple and easy and nice
Drive thru line went fairly quick. Staff were courteous and were following Bio safety security protocols. (Face covering and gloves)
I mean, a guy just wants a blizzard. Dairy Queen #1 in Palmetto closes before 9:30 even though they advertise 10:00 closing. So I drive a few minutes down the road to this Dairy Queen, arrive at 9:40, get to the drive-thru speaker by 9:45, and they tell me they are closed.. the closing time again is 10:00. they turned away at least five cars in front of me and while I'm writing this review, a few more cars in the meantime. 10:00 means 10:00. If it's 9:30 then say 9:30.
