Love the food and clothes. Polite staff and helpful cashiers. Definitely a great family out place. The meatloaf was wonderful and the dumplings were nice and hot. My grandmother had the pancakes, and said pancakes were delicious, nice and soft and fluffy. Would 100% go again.

When you get items to go the staff is not very friendly and you have to wait for an extremely long time even when they're not that busy

Edit: I don't know why you ask for an email when you're not going to respond to it. I emailed to the address you gave pretty quickly and have yet to get a response. Another excellent example of poor customer service. Has anyone else sent an email failed to get a response? Thank younnI wish I could Give 0 Stars.The management here has no problem solving skills.I called to let them know about my delivery orders and they really have no interest. After three orders and almost $200 I expected more. Your excuse of trying to figure to-go orders out after at least a year of doing so, not good enough. I advise anyone eating in or to go, go somewhere else. Our eating in experience before Covid was bad as well. I am telling you I won't patron your place again and you don't even try to get it right. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The food is nowhere near what it should be either.

This is the third time I’ve been to this particular Cracker Barrel. Don’t waste your time with these people. Staff doesn’t seem to care. Wait times are always long. Waited for 40 minutes only to drive 30 minutes down the road to another Cracker Barrel. They sat me less than 5 minutes. No one wants to work at this one and I highly recommend you visit another store.
