I visited the restaurant twice in the last 6 days. Each time the staff was different. This time It was 1hr plus wait on specialty pizza's and a 25 minute wait on pepperoni or cheese pizza. First let me say the staff and store is very unorganized. Half the staff is practicing safety guidelines the other half wasn't. The staff members making pizza didn't have on gloves and the mask, on 3 of their employees only covered their chin. Their lips and nose were uncovered, manager included. Drive thru was closed so they had everyone coming into a small space and waiting on the food with no social distancing. I waited 30 minutes on a pepperoni pizza that looked and tasted horrible.

If only I could write reviews without putting a star..Now where do I begin..? We had gotten delivery pizza, I was excited to have some pizza and get a break from cooking but sadly that didn't happen. I was sent cheesy bread that was literally just dough with hard cheese in the middle, and the pizza.. dont get me started, the pizza was cold and lazily made, the crust was uncooked and it barely had cheese all the toppings were just thrown onto one side. Not to mention when trying to call them it was a painfully long wait. And the end off the day, we had to re cook everything we ordered even then it still tasted terrible.

Completely disorganized. Half the staff were on a smoke break, the one white male chef had to stop what he was doing and chase them down and tell them to help out.. mind you this is during the lunchtime rush! No labels on the boxes, so the staff were constantly opening each one to see what toppings were on each pizza, NOT a good practice amidst a pandemic. Long wait as expected, I tried calling ahead but no one would answer the phone. When I got there, I heard the phone ringing off the hook and literally no one answered it. Took 30 minutes for my order (1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, and cheese bread) and when I got it, it was undercooked. Had to put it in the oven when I got home! Smh #OrderElsewhere

It's always a 45 minute to an hour wait regardless of what day you come. Staff always rude, unprofessional and have no regards for business or its name. Nothing is hot or ready. Staff not wearing mask and are holding conversation instead of working and minimizing people wait time. Instead of someone saying hello, someone will be right with you. They just stare, don't speak ot say anything.
