The service has improved extensively. Good service i can appreciate & tip to that. Tip your drivers. They do get overwhelmed & they are hiring for drivers.

I sat at their pickup window from 7:20-7:33 before being acknowledged. I saw employees walk by multiple times with no care in the world of the line at the window. I seen two walk by laughing and joking (perception is major) and I was only acknowledged because I knocked on the window. The guy that came never apologized or at least acknowledged me for my wait after I expressed I had been waiting without being acknowledged. I signed the receipt and got my food right away meaning my order had been ready but no ones paying any attention to that line. I’m ok with waiting when it’s busy but inform the customer you’ll be with them shortly. Communication.

I ordered delivery and the experience wasn't amazing. They can't help that they don't have the beyond pizza there that I really wanted to order. For me, that wasn't really the problem. It was the delivery for me that messed up the experience. My pizza was brought around the time allocated on the pizza hut app. No problem. But there were items i paid for on my receipt that I didn't receive. The driver seemed a bit perplexed and flustered. They were up the street, so I went to go personally grab the things I was missing, and noticed my receipt was still charged for the beyond pizza I didn't receive. Originally they were going to give me a store credit. I don't live in the area, so it was rectified with a refund in store. Not the best experience, but they messed up and cleaned up what they could in the same night. Pizza was good on a nice note.

I ordered my pizza through the app and arrived to pick it up, only to be told that someone else walked in and took my order. Told me it would be about 15 minutes while they remade it, so I parked and waited about 30 minutes. After it was clear no one was letting me know my food was ready, and certainly not bringing it out once it was, like at other restaurants, I walked into the store to get it. The first thing you see when you walk into the store, is a big screen with all the orders they have ready along with the customer's name. This is probably how my food was taken in the first place, since I walked in, gave my name, and was given my food. No one asked for a phone number, or to clarify the order, nothing. Anyone could walk in, give a name on the monitor, and be given that person's order.
