Pizza crust was under cooked therefore it tasted and looked doughy and I did not receive extra sauce as ordered on one of my pizzas. Wings were also undercooked. Order#354, order date 03/05/21.
The order took over an hour to get to my address. I called multiple times before the hour mark to cancel the order and was not able to get through. The driver called and said he knocked on the garage door and when there was no answer...he took executive action and left our pizzas in the garage on top of a deep freezer that we were going to discard! Instead of ringing the front door bell! The porch light was on and the side walk was lighted for him to see. This is absolutely unacceptable! We are not animals. You wouldn’t leave your mothers food on an old deep freezer in a cold garage.
Their food is amazing and Is very fresh when delivered. Pizza is nice hot and melting cheese, pasta is perfect warm, they are the best dominos I’ve had!! Oh and all the staff is amazing with customer service from the phone to the delivery person. Thank you guys!
Delivery time said 40-55 mins. Yet they managed to deliver in just about 20 mins. Which was great, however this was a major inconvenience since i was balls deep in my girl at the time of arrival.
I regularly visit this location, order always prepared correctly fresh and in a timely fashion regardless of time of day or day. Highly recommend this location.
