I wanted to try something different and since I do a lot of deliveries for this location I popped in for some cheesy bread and boneless chicken. I want to first say the customer service and safety was at 100%. Both present employees were masked and professional. The one cook that was fulfilling all the orders was very productive without cutting corners. But the food itself was definitely not up to my standard.nnThe large pizza was definitely thick as I requested but lacked sauce and cheese to taste.nThe cheesy bread was supposed to have extra cheese and it barely had any. Kind of like a thin layer then it was just placed in the oven.nThe chicken is pictured. I didn’t eat it because I was offended that you all would sell something so small for $7 the sauce cup is bigger than 2 pieces of chicken together.nnI’ve only had cheesy bread from the 30135 location and they hooked me years ago, but this is the type of food that will make me never come back. I wasted $25 on bread because the food contained less than 10% of any other ingredient. Gotta do better.

My food was terrible. I ordered a meatball sandwich with white sauce. I reviewed a few distasteful meatballs almost the size of a half dollar with a few pieces of melted provolone cheese. Very disappointed ud83dude1e

Disorganized and inefficient. Ordered a half an hour prior to receiving notification that our order was ready for pick up. Upon arrival given wrong items and was advised that they forgot to do the pizza. Then asked if we could wait 7 minutes and they would do it then. Staff member advised there were no managers on duty to report this to. Highly unlikely. If so that is after the problem starts!

Good food. Subpar customer service. Noticeable difference when the Female manager is present vs male manager vs no manager. Yes I am here that often. If the middle aged Indian women is present all is well. Otherwise be prepared they may take longer to answer the phone, understanding any special request, or basic customer service like making corrections.
