Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. I called at 7pm and was told 45 mins and the tech would call me directly,. 1 hour later I called back after no one reached out, only to be told the tech in my area doesn't work until 11pm. Seriously? You didn't know that when I called, gave you the address, and you told me 45 mins? Absolutely ridiculous.
I needed my home locks re-keyed and Fairburn Efficient Locksmith tech was very professional. He called to let me know he would be a little early (amazing). The service was fast and well done. The cost was extremely reasonable.nIf I need a locksmith again, I'll be sure to call.
I used this service to replace the hardware on my front door. The repair team of two women arrived shortly after. I notice some hours later when I unlocked the door that my top lock had some movement in it. I called to share my concern about the lock and the repair team was very unprofessional. For the amount of money I spent, I should not have to use my own screwdriver to secure the top lock. Your Locksmith team should stand behind the quality of their work. I will not use this company again and will caution anyone who will.
I locked myself out of my bedroom along with my car keys this morning and Fairburn Efficient Locksmith saved my life! He responded to my request instantly and came to my house in about 15mins. Amazing, inexpensive and fast service! Thank you so much!!!
Super fast and great customer service !!! They made it to my car in less than 15 minutes, made jokes, and relieved the stress of the situation. 10/10 recommend this company!!!!!!!! The tech guy and he did amazing, he unlocked the door in less than 2 minutes and the whole process was so quick !
