There pharmacy technicians seem confused. On one occasion, I left without my prescription because they didn’t know to ask the pharmacist to check her voicemail for a call-in prescription from my doctor. They had it the whole time, and I had to come back the next day when I could’ve gotten it that same day! I thought it was a one time thing until yesterday...They told me I wasn’t covered for one of my prescriptions when I was. I had the exact same insurance that I used last month. When it was time to ring me up she only rang me up for one of the medications. I asked about the other and she said “oh you wanted both of them?” I had to wait another 5 minutes for the second prescription to be filled. They apologized, but the whole situation there just seems ridiculous. They should be glad that I’m a patient person because the next person would have hurt their feelings. Next order of business: CONTACT MANAGER. #done

Absolutely horrible!!!!! I’ve been on hold for 25 min and STILL WAITING for someone to pick up the phone. 92 year old customer with pain and waiting for a prescription only to fe left holding with the sane recorded message that “someone will ge with you shortly”. I could be dead shortly also ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21

The place is quite horrible. DONT bother calling the pharmacy unless you want to be on hold 3 hours min! Also, I walked in there the other day, the only person there at the counter and all the techs just looked at me! 5-6 people working and no one had the decency to say “hello we will be right with you” they literally LOOKED at me and kept doing what they were doing. The CVS pharmacies in south Atlanta are the worst! And I thought the Fairburn store was bad, they are competing for first place at being a horrible pharmacy.

This Pharmacy staff is the best. They have always been very pleasant, efficient, and professional. Employs safety practices for COVID and even gave my dog a treat at the drive-thru.

I had to get a Prescription filled in the Pharmacy today. And I must say that Taleai J, went far above and beyond the scope of Satisfactory Customer Service, in negotiating and navigating thru the bureaucracy she encountered in getting my Prescriptions filled. CVS, thank you and Taleai on behalf of the Veterans of the US Army!!! ud83dudcaf
