I luv QT, it's by far one of my favorite stores. Unfortunately the Hwy138 store in Union City has changed management and the happiness seem to have left, the morning burritos are cold, and the morning manager seems upset most of the time. The energy at this location seems very unhappy.nThankfully QT is all over and one sad seed doesn't affect them all ud83dude09
Clean and organized. The fast food area has limited service from what l could tell it seemed.coffee was great. Cappuccino machines have a great selection. Donuts go fast there l was there by 6:50am
They love telling you “you didn’t say that” when they do something wrong lmao. It’s actually hilarious how many times it happens
Terrible service ordered my food online at 8:20 pickup time was 8:40 got there and had to wait 20 more minutes. They definitely lost my business.
Terrible service kitchen staff was rude. Also blames her mistake of my order on me. Then does the same when my friend ordered behind me will not return.nnAdding onto... Day 2 now same issue the kitchen staff is rude and needs to be addressed she is rude to customers with a bad attitude some should speak with her wow.
