Now that I have your attention with the 5 stars, I'd like to state that this business doesn't even deserve a 1 star on this review. My friend and previous coworker tried to purchase a vehicle from ALAM Kia South over this past weekend. He showed proof of the check from the bank, called and confirmed they had the vehicle was ready (after being told to wait previously due to needed repairs) prior to making the 4 HOUR DRIVE only to wait around for a manager to come up and tell him they sold the discussed vehicle an hour before he got there. I'm sorry but when he made me aware that he had even sent the sales person a picture of the check for over $24K and told them I'm coming from SC only to DRIVE 4 HOURS to waste gas and valuable time (8hrs of your weekend). I felt this should be made aware to the public. They didn't even bother to call him and apologize and save him the rest of the trip! Apparently, these folks cannot be trusted. What a shame that a business can't mistreat people in this way and show little regard for what they cost someone. I will most certainly not do business with them or recommend them to anyone else. Times are hard enough right now... Buying a vehicle shouldn't be so difficult! 0 Stars

Awesome!! This my first time buying a car and salesman I had he was great. He always made sure that I was comfortable and understanding when it came to me buying my first car. I would highly recommend Mr. Tyrone Duncan. He most definitely cares for the customer not the sale it’s self.

No one has time to do those job!!! Was willing to get the car with no hassle but no one has time everyone outside smoking cigarettes, outside talking or just not doing anything this have been the worst car buying experience I have ever encountered, this makes me not want a car from them!!! Or recommend service. Until they do better I really suggest you not make them your option in buying a car!

I have edited my review from a year ago on the service department. The quality of service has declined. I have had mechanics leave grease stains in my car, no check sheets, even something as minor as setting the air pressure not done. The finally straw was they doubled the price of the oil change 80.00 to 150.00. I bought my car from ALM, but will no longer have my service performed there.

Tabatha in parts has been an absolute pleasure to deal with! Our local dealers weren't able to get the part and instead gave me a list of dealers with the part in stock. After being treated rudely by the first few parts departments I called, dealing with Tabatha was a breath of fresh air! Pricing was VERY reasonable, she was more than helpful getting the part shipped, and overall very professional. ALM will definitely be at the top of my list to call and purchase Kia genuine parts even though they're 2 hours away!!
