While driving to work, I had an unexpected tire failure on my Ford Explorer. I managed to get to AutoNation Ford in Union City, where I was greeted & told that the tire needed to be replaced. I decided to have a set put on, instead of the 1. They had replacement tires in stock [same Goodyear tires that were on it]. After about an hour's wait, I was back on my way. Even though I didn't have an appointment, the team worked me into line. I am ever so appreciative for their safety standards regarding sanitation, in addition to their prompt & professional services. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I scheduled a 9:00 a.m. appointment online at AutoNation Ford Union City, for my oil change on my Ford Mustang. I arrived on time and my service adviser, Joseph, was waiting. He was very polite and friendly. I received a coupon for The Works oil change that included tire rotation, and more for my first oil change and received another coupon, in an email, for the second oil change! Joseph made sure my bill reflected the coupon price with his manager. I was greeted by all of the service advisers, when I pulled into the service center. The waiting area was very sanitized and neat. Great atmosphere altogether. I will continue going to this facility.

Great service. Very efficient. Mr. Briggs was exceptional. My daughter and I both brought in our cars in for service. Mr. Briggs is always professional and very detailed on expectations, on the services needed and necessary. He made additional appointments for future services. My sales Associate Cynthia treated me with dignity and respect!! She took her time in making sure that she throughly gave me the best competitive deals and vehicles but most importantly what stuck out for me is that she was very knowledgeable and with years of experience on selling cars as well!! She made me feel like I was a boss with the mindset of get what you want you DESERVE IT, and that gave me that extra confidence to go for what I really DESERVED!! Courteous service. Good communication. Definitely recommend AutoNation for service. Whatever you do, don't go to Alan Vigil Ford.nCame back 2020 for recall letter. Warranty dept will help navigate a refund from Ford for the work we already had done relating to the recall. Service Dept has excellent follow thru
