This place is great. I knew nothing about cars and Jordan got me into a reliable Toyota Rav-4 WITH a warranty. Women are notorious for getting played with these types of deals and they made me feel like they cared about being fair. I would recommend them all day long. I was searching for a car on different websites and saw this one on Cargurus. I ran across a Malibu from Professional Auto Sales. My son took me to see it. It was very clean, Good miles.Good Price! I was impressed with the car. I took it for a test drive and the next day I bought it!!! I have my eye on another one for my daughter! Personally I LOVED the Whole experience!! Great Job Guys!

First let me say nothing about this place is professional. I purchased a car from them on Saturday afternoon. I did not hear a noise. I drove the car straight home and parked it because I also have another car. Sunday morning I went to the store and I heard this loud noise from the car that I purchased from this place. The business was closed I called early Monday morning spoke with someone and he claimed he did not know how to get in contact with the owner. I inboxed the business on Facebook the owner Jordan responded leaving his number. I called he told me to bring the car back over there to the business his mechanic would be there. Once the mechanic checked the car out he stated that the strut on the passenger side in the front was the issue. Once I spoke to Jordan the owner about this he kept saying you bought a used car ma'am knowing this car had issues. I wanted him to help repair the car since I had it for one day. Jordan claimed he would price the part and reach back out to me and I never heard back from him. He also stated that he would fix the radio in the car still haven't heard anything from this business. I strongly would suggest anyone who purchase or lease a car from this business to read their reviews on the BBB Website. I dropped the ball this time but never again. Hopefully this will help someone else where they won't take your hard earned money.
