Worst customer service ever! They do not have compassion for their faithful customers. My husband and I got affected by Covid-19 , lost a family member due to Covid-19, and while on the way to the funeral they turned they car off, I called and explained to them that we were off pay cycle and doesn’t get paid until Friday 6 days away, they didn’t care. It was 101 degrees and my husband , Kids were in the hot car and no one cared, they would not turn the car back on. But we never paid late before COVID 19. We aren’t the type of people that doesn’t pay our bills. I am disappointed and will absolutely NEVER do business with automart again! I’m not speaking directly about the staff, but the company is terrible.

Greg and his staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a great shop to work with.

I got a vehicle from here back in April and maybe a month or 2 after I got the vehicle I start experiencing problems first my gear shift was stuck.... I contacted the dealer they said nothing I have no warranty so they weren't able to help me... next problem my (no push start) key was saying a message of no key detected contacted the dealer again they tried to pull a recall from Ford had me take the paper to Ford and it absolutely did not work because I didn't have a push start also look into trading the car in and getting something else on the lot was told I would have to put at least 3000 more dollars down to get something else.... now I'm having problems with my car cutting off randomly everyday.... and my car is a 2013.... no need Inc contacting them back because they are no help..... I don't recommend anyone to get a car from there..
