I purchased a car from them and the same day I got it the check engine light came on but I was told by Toby that it was the gas that I used but needless to say the it was my transmission that went out on the car a year later and I had to send the car back and now I have a repo on my credit. All I'm saying is that they was cool with working out your down payment but my car was a lemon. So just be careful I think they do a quick fix on the cars so it can ride for a while before it tears up. I will never do business with them!

Do not purchase a car from these people. A car was purchased from this dealer by my grandmother and within a month the motor blew out and the car was of no use. She made a down payment as well as the 1st months payment and asked for her 1st month back. They told her they could do nothing and maybe she did something to the car. If you do not want to waste or lose money on a car do not use this dealership.

Worked with Toby and he is the most unprofessional person i have worked with. He would always make broken promises would cover the unbroken promises with more lies. Needless the say, the car that i suppose to get, and he was suppose to bring to me never was in my full possession. Go to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Duluth, Ga. They ended up helping me with a Brand New car within 4 hours, while working with Toby for over two months and still nothing happened.

VERY SHADY BUSSINESS! I financed a vehicle from them...Midnight knock on my door its Billy the rebo man! I was shocked embarrassed and very upset because I paided my car note and had my receipts to prove it. But he said the bank told him to rebo it and it was nothing I could do. (My neighbors were outside)...I called Kareem the guy who begged me and blow up my phone to financed with them, he didn't respond to none of my calls voicemail or texts that night or the next day. I call text left voicemails also on the owner Toby phone that night and next day no response as well. I call the bank the next morning and was informed they never received any money from Onyx dealership. I faxed my receipts and they released my car.
