Wonderful, clean gym. Never to crowded, great equipment on top and bottom levels. Changing rooms are top class. Nice saunas. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I hope to never use a different gym.
The yoga here is amazing, I've loved every class I've been to. They have lots of different kinds of classes, and they're all fantastic.
Super clean gym! I always see the employees cleaning. The gym equipment is older, but it has everything I need for a good workout.
Nice place to work out, decent equipment, most everything you could ask for. Nice to have 24 hour access with a key card.
STF is not big, but it's rarely crowded (even before covid) so it's not hard to get equipment and upstairs has open space for rope or kettle bell work, etc. They just updated some of their equipment, too.
