It is impossible to get in contact with anyone at this campus. The operator that answers the phone transfers you just to get a voicemail, which is fine. But don't expect a call back once you leave a voicemail. I tried calling several times to see if someone was at the campus to discuss my account with me before showing up, but the operator never answered after my initial call. Tried contacting my success coach about my concern, but received a very nonchalant, unhelpful response. Once you become a student, you drop off the customer service map for them. So unprofessional.
Attending Strayer for two years now and I ask to use my grad funds which Strayer promotes heavily, Strayers states I cannot attend until I pay a previous balance under 500.00. Before I was using my Post 911 GI Bill and my balance was not mention at all. I do believe this is a discredit for the military family. Paying the previous balance is not the problem it's the way that Strayer made comments on my account that a financial person reached out to me about a due balance could cause me to be drop from the class, the notation on my account was false and later that night some call me after I stated the financial office did not speak with me. Dishonest
Registration is a breeze and the people are pretty friendly and very involved in your future!
Do not attend this campus they do not take calls or paperwork they receive seriously
