This Wing Stop was a good choice for the money. My Lemon Pepper Wings were hot and delicious. The store was clean and the staff friendly and professional. I do not have a photo because I atr them up. Yum ud83dude0b Yum. Just be careful pulling in and out of the parking lot it can be dangerous at the busiest times.

Literally defeats the purpose of ordering online, if I come in at the time that it instructed me too and my order hasn’t even been started.... unacceptable

No, just don't, you're not hungry enough to settle for this place. 0 Stars. Negative Stars. Didn't even get half of my order, and what I did get was cold, so I had to go back up there. Tried to call three times, call got disconnected each time without answering. The worst customer service. The woman in front of me was returning her order too, and another one was coming in behind me. All the same issue. Absolutely unacceptable. Never again.

If I could give a - would be generous of me . Made order online at 3:47 pm.... left out of that place 5:40 pm, order beeeeeennn sitting there lady ask me my name 3x before confirming with those that were waiting, on more than 1 occasions I have not had a pleasant experience there so waited almost a year to return, however this IS the final draw and will not return to this location again for there horrible service!!!

The food is good, but the customer service is HORRIBLE! On multiple occasions I have placed an order (over the phone and online) and something is always wrong, the manager and his employees are rude and refuse to take responsibility for their errors. I will no longer be eating from this Wing Stop! Customer service is half of the experience especially as it relates to the food industry. If you don’t have a heart to serve others with a positive attitude, don’t get involved in ANY industry that requires you to give customer service.
