I would appreciate it if the employees would say something on the mic if there machine is down and not have me sitting there looking crazy waiting for somebody to greet me. I know you ready to clock out but don't have no attitude with me about it. Talk to your manager.

I went to this location on 4/3/21, an it was about 12:30am, mind you they closed at 1, anywho I pulled up to the drive-through an the lady asked how may I help you an I told her I placed a mobile order an she asked me to hold on for a second, an she comes back an says “ sorry for your inconvenience but we’ve already thrown all the food away so “you” will have to cancel your order. I just don’t understand if they were open for 30 more minutes then why would they throw all the food out. I worked for Wendy’s for 3 years an I know that’s not how things are done.

I recently visited this store on February 5 2021. When I walked in the store every employee except the cashier had there mask pulled down to their chin exposing there nose and chin including the manager. I asked the cashier why was everyone wearing there mask incorrectly and she stated that it was difficult for them to communicate. Unacceptable behavior. Is this how Wendy's deals with challenges? A work around following directions? If this type of behavior is allowed behind the counter, then imagine what is allowed with the food making process. Perception is everything.
