The lines are usually long but worth the wait. Be aware there isn't any inside seating, only walk up and drive through. All staff were friendly and made the best of a challenging situation. They are the best.

Stopped in with my family at dinner time. Had the order made with the mobile app. Checked in with the order taker. When we got to the window they had no idea who we were and had to search for the order on the computer. Finally found it, and had to make it. Made us pull out of line and we waited quite a while for the order to be delivered. 2 of 4 drinks were missing, condiments and utensils were missing, and it took 3 trips back and forth before they finally got everything right. Apparently no one read the order (it was all listed on the ticket taped to the bag) and no one was listening when we told them what was missing.nnTo top it off, the 2 milkshakes were both made without the whipped cream or cherry.nnVery poor experience, especially for a drive thru only location. By the time it all got straightened out, of course the fries were cold.

I only gave 4 stars because it's usually really good but my last visit wasn't as nice. Plus an item was left out of my order. It was a free reward, I didn't feel like going back up, so I'll just write it off.

Very nice and kind employees. Lines are fast esp when in a rush in the mornings. Always clean
