I am giving this experience a 3 starnFirst of all, my family has been eating at this Martin's for as long as it's been here. Most of the time the food is good, typical Martin's. Since the Covid-19 experience all restaurants have had their share of experiments to accommodate feeding people and keeping them safe.nnWhen facing this restaurant there is parking on both side and doors on both sides (not in the front of restaurant) The parking on the right side is dangerous and hampered by the tremendous amount of drive through customers and unsafe. The parking on the left seems to be a more safe option. When I attempted to use that door today I was informed that I could not and it wasn't the front door. Really!nnI did not get my order and canceled it, but I feel that this store should re evaluate their door options for safer customer service .

I have been eating at this location for 10 plus years! And the food has fallen off big time. The biscuits are not as good as they use to be. I'm so disappointed at this place! Customer service use to be good and now nobody cares if the customer is satisfied with their order.nnUse to be a loyal customer,

Great Food & Great Prices!nMartin's is a local chain restaurant that is open for breakfast and lunch. They have good food at great prices and attract lots of customers.nnPros:n- Great Southern Breakfast food. I dont know where Martin's gets their sausage patties & bacon but they are truly fantastic.n- Great prices for their food.nnCons:n- Not always accurate with their food orders. Often I have items missing in my orders. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING.nnOthers:n- Even with their amazing menu Martin's does not have pancakes on their menu. I bet they would do a good job on those if they had them on the menu.n- Martin's is a victim of their own success. Don't plan on a quick trip to Martin's particularly for breakfast. Depending on when you go you can wait in long lines at the drive-thru and inside when the dining room is open. If you have the time though it is worth the wait. Recommend calling in your order ahead of time.
