I've been in Georgia now for over a year and a 1/2. My 1st visit with great. I always order dark meat only. Last 4 out of 5 times I had to breast time. I give up
Came through the drive thru and ordered several items. After pulling off and getting ready to eat some of food we noticed there were no utensils or napkins in the bag. The popcorn shrimp tasted old.
Food was hot n fresh
Line wasn't so bad but still had a line. I keep trying to give them a chance. Never get my food right! I never get everything I pay for! My family meals always missing 1 or 2 pieces of chicken. Tried the fish sandwich, asked for fresh and didnt get it. My sandwiches never have the extra sauce I ask for... I try to check my food before I leave but if it gets repeated back to me what I ordered, i really shouldn't have to. I also try to respect others in the line and not hold it up.
Please manage current employees or hire new ones. Poor and absolutely rude customer service. My grandmother is a sweet old lady, just wanted to order some food. The young man on the other end in the drive through was so rude to her and was complaining about adding just one more order of our combo. Lucky I didn't come in there and talk to the manager myself. Sheesh.
