I had been looking for a truck with specific options for a while. I drove four hours to see a truck here. When I arrived, I was greeted by my salesman Dale. He was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions as we took a test drive. I was very pleased with the truck so we talked numbers. He was very accommodating with what I was trying to do. So the request went to the sales manager, Shane. They worked very hard to get me where I wanted to be on my trade in and my purchase. I have to say, this was an outstanding car buying experience. All the staff I encountered was friendly and very eager to satisfy any request I had. Even the finance guy, Case, was very personable and made me feel comfortable as I signed my life away for my new truck! This was well worth the drive from Savannah to Royston. I highly recommend this dealership, but only if you want a great experience and to deal with some cool peeps!

This has been the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had. From my initial conversation with Dale over the phone I was assured that he was happy to help. Then working with Shane sealed the deal. He was so helpful and so kind. I felt so valued, respected and appreciated as customer. I was feeling down about being without a car for over a week and really stressed about this process, but this was truly a blessing for me. I can not thank Dale, Shane & Rob enough for their patience, dedication & support through this process. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!! I am in love with my 2020 Ford Explorer. Case Jackson helped find exactly what I wanted, talked me through all finance options, and delivered the beauty right to my front door. This was BY FAR the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The small town comfort with deals no one else in the surrounding cities could match... Casey Jackson Ford will definitely have me as a returning customer. 5 stars!! Highly recommend!! And definitely ask for Case!!

Megan was a life saver!!! With me being in the military we had to play everything by ear. Every problem we ran into she knew exactly what to do! Went to get a car at around noon and by 4:30pm I got to drive it off the lot! Megan showed me everything in the car and helped me connect my phone! I got the car with a full tank of gas which is AMAZING! She made the process of me buying my first car fast and simple! She made sure I understood all of my contract! If you are in need of a new car I recommend Casey Jackson Ford in Royston! The whole team at Casey Jackson works so well together and always welcomes everyone with a smile!

Had a awesome experience here today! Be sure to see Ryan Dove, great young man, not a pushy salesman at all!! And easy to deal with.. told him what we could do on the car we were looking at and he and the Casey Jackson team made it happen!
