As of 3 19 2021, I will never use Pizza Hut again especially the Lithia Springs Georgia location, as my credit card was used for fraudulent purposes. Charges appeared on my card several charges of $21 for IBT boss calling( a prepaid minutes phone card for international calls out of New Jersey),these charges were made after phoning in my order and someone some young lady with a foreign accent took my credit card , the next day when I checked my credit card statement, I noticed several unauthorized transaction charges. A police report will now be filed with Douglas County Sheriff's Office for credit card fraud and possibly identity theft against Pizza Hut and the employee when she is identified. Do not play games when it comes to your customers credit card information I will not tolerate it and neither will others, I will not stop at just a small complaint I will not stop until the person has been fired and arrested for credit card fraud and theft of identity theft of whatever. Therefore, never used this Pizza Hut again for any reason online takeout or delivery. I extremely do not recommend this particular Pizza Hut to anyone.

I’ve ordered here on a few occasions and every time I’ve been disappointed. Tonight the pizzas were both not only burnt, but waited way over an hour to get them. I tried to call and discuss this with management, only to to my call dropped after 30 rings. I used to love Pizza Hut, my wife swears by Papa John’s. Guess we eat there from now on.

Very nice, friendly, and prompt. To go order was great and delivered to my truck with a smile. The young lady was very polite and suggested that I check my order before I left. Most would have said here, have a nice day, and on to the next. Not this location. Keep up the good work. I will recommend this location. Stay safe!!!
