Never again. I have been faithful to this place for several years and have watched it go down hill from there. Skimpy egg rolls and less food but prices keep going up. Also I ordered today at 11:27am and had to call them at 12:30pm. Apparently they didn't cook my order. I didn't receive my food until 1:28pm. Over 2 hours. Nope. I'm done. ✌ud83cudffe
Ate lunch here yesterday and the food was alright. Very bland. The lady serving the food was just completely rude. Didn’t refill drinks or even come to ask if we needed anything but loved to look at you while you eat from her corner. Got the check and it was $22.16 was not going to leave a tip because the food wasn’t good and the service was terrible. Check my account today and they charged $25.16. Only $3 but very wrong. Called to ask why and the owner just got a attitude and said she would look into it. I don’t play around when it comes to my money and your definitely not getting away with stealing from me or my child. Will be making a report. Eat here if you like your money stolen
Use to go there almost every other day for lunch but it has really gone down hill. Food service score has dropped into the 70's and roaches have been seen around the restaurant. I stopped going for about 6 months when I got one in my water when it was refilled. Went back to see if it had changed and food score dropped from mid 80's to the 70's. I won't be back, It's a shame because they have the best Chinese food in Douglasville.
I'm not saying this is a bad place. I'm just saying I had a bad experience. Food was good, however when ordering make sure the young staff pays attention to exactly what you're saying & then verify they input it correctly!
Our favorite restaurant...the chinese food is great...the owner is awesome!.nHighly recommend...gets busy sometimes so be patient...ud83dude09
