I am normally satisfied with Domino's, but they messed up two of my pizzas. I asked for well done and they burnt them, thinking it wasn't a problem! I had to wait an additional 8 minutes. A store credit or free app would've been nice.
My recent delivery from this Domino's came in half opened boxes. This is unsanitary!nIn today's COVID age I don't understand why any restaurant would have their food delivered without the box being sealed in some tamper-resistant or tamper-evident way. I was very disappointed to receive my food in partly opened boxes. There are some restaurants out there that deliver their food in tamper-resistant packaging or bags sealed with tamper resistant tape or even stapled. This is also important because you never know WHO is actually delivering your food. Not long ago there were reports about drivers who were picking through people's food orders. Do better Domino's.
The staff was phenomenal. They were super swamped but still had time to be friendly and serve my needs. Good job
Worst experience ever with ordering pizza. I will never order from this location. I ordered a large pizza & wings for our Family Fun night and waited almost 90 minutes for my pizza to arrive. I called to check on the order at 80 minutes and waited 15 minutes on hold just be asked if I want to cancel my order. The service was dismal and food was not fresh.
Very fast service. Pizza was delicious and had large amounts of toppings.
