They never get the order correctly. Usually I have to go back 2 times, not to mention they are extremely slow!
I am disappointed in my experience here. A restaurant that was just recently built is offering such poor services. My food was cold as if it were sitting out for hours. The only thing they got right was my order, but what’s the point when my tastebuds aren’t satisfied.
Pulled up to order food had to wait which I dont mind waiting get up to finally order, told them I wanted the Hershey's chocolate shake and after hearing ok then half way into the next order the woman says we sorry the shake machine is down. Then have to wait a whole hour before getting up to the window, then get to the window the ice in the drinks are melted and had to wait again on my order, should have drove off and left but didnt will not be eating at Burger King again. Actually need to hire some quality employees that will work and not play around while at work. Just my opinion.
I just bought 40.00 in food i ask for extra mayo didnt get it i just got 2 bacon chz burgers they where cold in only 1 had bacon my nuggets was hard fryes was cold my wopper was cold
The service itself was friendly... with the exception that they were out of several items that they didn't tell me about until they gave me my order i.e No lettuce for my sandwich, No specific sauce for my nuggets, No specific sauce for my mozzarella sticks. They had little to No traffic and my sandwich was dry, Not fresh. The lobby was clean and behind the counter was... decent. Since I don't live here and was only passing through I only have 1 experience to go off of, but I will most likely Not return.
