I came in the shop indecisive about the style I wanted. The young lady servicing me was patient, polite and understanding. I ended up getting box braids and was completely satisfied with the outcome. It was very time consuming, but well worth it if you have time.

I did call to enquire if they do corn roll and the owner who answered the call said yes she does. I did 15 mins drive there and one of her staff as assigned to corn roll my hair. She reluctantly started the process and was speaking their native language back and forth after the first roll she started the second roll and was kind off struggling with it. I didn’t say anything. All of a sudden she said she can’t make the hair. Another lady replied I told you. She asked the other lady if she would take over the hair and she said yes. This other came over shortly they started drama back and forth. To cut long story short the owner is outright to rude, very unprofessional. If you own a business and you have this attitude I wonder what service you can rather without a good attitude.

Been here a few times and always went to the same stylist named Sho Sho and she does great. Braids were neat, she took her time, and my hair looked like the picture. Went recently and tried a different stylist and my hair unraveled within days, she rushed, stopped doing my hair several times to start other clients hair. I was not impressed. I will only go back to the one stylist

I called and set an appt on last week for a 10/13 9am appointment. I arrived at the shop at 8:50am and they were closed. I waited about 15 mins and called the shop number. A woman answered and was not friendly. I explained that I had a 9am appt scheduled and she was very nonchalant about it. She told me that she has a 10:30am and she never apologized or tried to fit me in. As a business person myself I can say this situation was handled poorly as I would have been a first time customer so I would of at least been apologetic. I will never attempt to patronize this business again. I did find another shop close by to do my hair and I love it! I will be a regular with her moving forward.

The only reason I am leaving 1 star is so I can leave a review. Today was the second time Tima told me to be at her shop at 8:30am for an appointment and when I got there she was not there. The women on the inside were rude and not helpful. I live over an hour away and I explained that each time I made an appointment only to be given the run around. The first time was for myself right before I left town for vacation my hair did not get done. Now today is days before Thanksgiving and my 2 daughters will not have their hair done! I am very upset and not pleased with the level of unprofessionalism. When I called her today 40mins after I have already been sitting waiting on her to arrive I could barely understand her from the loud noise of children in the background. Then she basically just said she can’t do it! Rude rude rude.
