I’ve been wanting to join this gym for years as I have always wanted to learn boxing & kick boxing. I was set up for a trial so I came in early to check out the gym. It seemed like a lot of fun and I was so excited. I sat waiting for a moment before going over to ask the person that I now know to be the trainer, if he was the trainer and when would the class start. He had his head phones in and was on the phone so he couldn’t possibly hear me. I tapped the desk and he slid his earplugs over, I asked the question to him once more and he responded that it would begin soon. However, “people are usually late” but stated that he would come and get me once the class has started. I sat down on the bench and watched as others came in to prepare for class. The same instructor I spoke with walked over to his students and started to interact with them all while I am still sitting on the bench waiting for him to come and get me. The instructor got the class ready to do warm ups, and I am still sitting on the bench waiting for him to “come and get me.” The class began warming up, and I am still sitting on the bench watching and waiting for him to come get me so that I can also take the class. But he never came and got me. The class started at 6:28pm. After sitting and waiting for him to come and get for what seemed like an eternity, I finally decided to leave at 6:42pm. I was ignored and neglected which was not a great feeling as I was thrilled to get back to into being active and engaging in an activity that I was very interested in. I will say, the guy who was training the boxers was a sweet heart. He spoke to me several times and appeared to be very surprised when I left. There does need to be someone at the front desk to greet existing and potential customers and to also let the trainers know when they have a newbie joining the class. I left feeling the absolute worse and I honestly felt like the trainer just didn’t want to be bothered. I appreciate the invite to try you guys out however, I did not prepare nor anticipate the feelings of hurt, neglect, and disappointment that I experienced and encountered when I made the decision to give this gym a test run today.

Cons : They won’t let you cancel your contract that would mean they’re greedy like you don’t know peoples financial situation!!! When i first walked in the gym I had to wait thirty minutes because they had no receptionist at the desk and i see a lot of people waiting just to get shown what to do and sign the contract. It’s a little awkward and not that welcoming they’ll show you what to do and a lot of people stare.nPros : Pretty good coaches and they'll work you out.

By far the best option for group fitness in Douglasville. I wish I found this place a couple years ago. They are laid back, but professional, and you honestly can't beat their prices for the value they offer!

The classes are straightforward, beginner friendly and the coaches are very knowledgeable

Great gym! Small classes and an amazing workout. Trainers are really good and knowledgeable. Totally no pressure about joining as well -- so much so that I actually had to ask them about membership -- and are happy to answer any questions new people have.
