First of let me start by saying I really don't like working out. I have always found it boring and I tend to look for reasons to justify not going.
Never I mean never workout here. I talked to a customer service representative back in September to cancel my membership. It’s February and their gym membership fee is still coming out my account. Their staff consist of liars. Continues to tell me that their sending an email of cancellation and never receive it therefore another lost payment without proof. Changed to one life fitness and still trying to collect my payments. Bad business!!!!!!!! Very bad business!!!!!!
There is a very friendly atmosphere at Gold's Gym Douglasville. Gym associates are always willing to assist you with questions and give you recommendations if you ask. A comfortable, welcoming sense of community is present there. They offer a great variety of classes and have helpful, informative class instructors. The choices of gym equipment and workout spaces offer flexibility and numerous options for exercise plans. The Gym Membership is very reasonably priced for all that is offered through this location.
Love this gym! Always clean and tidy..also spacious and full of amenities.
The hours listed on here are incorrect. They close at 6 p.m. on Saturdays and it's also disappointing that they do not have clean drinking water or paper towels unlike the gold's gym off of Chapel Hill.
