Bought a suburban.... Had a minor issue or 2{windows were super slow to roll up and down) within the first few days.... Mama's car city made all the necessary repairs for free and I haven't had a problem since. They are perfectly fine in my book. I would and have recommended them. Thanks

The people that work there are super nice people. I enjoy doing business with them.

They have great cars but horrible customer service i hit a deer in my car and got a ins check to fix it Gigi Miller refused to sign it after i informed her that it would be fixed at my shop she then told me i would have to put the rest of the check on the car of i did not go to a body shop that was charging me triple what it would take to fix it. Save yourself the trouble and go else where

I went to Mama's Car City with $4000 I had saved up to get a car. i am a single mom of two children and was looking for room and a good price. I purchased a 2000 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer for $3200. It was a good deal! I drove it and everything and it seemed wonderful! It had cosmetic damage, a significant amount, and according to the sales woman, that's why it was priced so low. After I got it home, paid the cash for it, I realized the back window didn't open, the back wiper blade didn't work, the radio was not working properly there was the keyless entry didn't work properly. Not even a week into having the car, it started having problems. I had to buy a new alternator, timing belt, tensioner and front brakes. That cost me about $200. I knew i'd have to put money in it tho so I was okay. Then I noticed the wheel more and more was turning so I figured I needed an alignment. I went in for an alignment and they told me the entire front suspension system needed to be replaced before they could do one, it was so damaged! The cost was $993!!! Yea! I have the receipt still too! Still, 4 months now I've had this car and it is dying on me. What's the problem now?! I checked the starter and it's not that, it's the flywheel! it's corroded!!! Cost is between $500-$800 because they have to take the engine out! There is no over drive and when the car is trying to go into 2nd gear, it makes a vibrating noise. I had to replace two tires too because they were completely bald. I don't have money to replace the flywheel and am stuck with a car that barely works. It's going to cut off on me one day and I don't know what I'm going to do. Between my bills and daycare, I can't fix this car anymore. I called Mama's Car City and tried to see if I could get my money back, but since it's a cash car, no refunds and they also wouldn't let me trade it for equal value since they sold me a completely messed up car that should've went to the salvage yard. I'm distraught and angry that they can get away with such an atrocity like this! Don't buy from them, save yourself the heartache!!!
