I was a huge fan of this location, till I noticed one employee demeanor by the name of John. I believe he is a shift lead of the morning crew. His hospitality skills need a lot of work. John today you made me want to take the extra drive to another Starbucks. Thanks

They refused to take my order from inside the shop today. And I've done that almost everyday this week. They said I have to do it online or drive through. I didn't see the logic of it since there were people waiting for their orders inside the shop.
Didn't get anything. No inside seating. Drive through was packed. But I like Starbucks.
Placed a mobile order at 10:15 am...App said order would be ready at 10:32 am...checked counter 3 times at 11:25am I left and requested a refund order was still not ready...terrible barista responsiveness!
