The employees could definitely be friendlier. I'm not looking for a lasting relationship with the cashiers or anything but a smile and a good morning goes a long way for business. Maybe the franchise owner could go to Chick-fil-A a couple of times and learn a few things.
So I hate to be mean but I went through drive through to get an iced coffee, and when I tell u it literally looked like tea. I being me got out my car went inside and walked that boy through making an iced coffee with no McDonald’s experience ever...I ordered the coffee and a coke that should have been simple.
My strawberry shake was so good. My cinnamon roll was missing though.
This was the worst service via drive thru I’ve ever had! I spent $37 and my French fries were all only half full and neither one of the 2 ten piece chicken nuggets I ordered weren’t in my bag!!! The sauces were there but no nuggets. I tried to call the store multiple times and no one answered. I will NEVER go to this location again and will tell everyone I know not to go to this location. Only 2 of our 4 person party received their sandwiches and fries were only half full. What did I spend $37 on ??? 2 sandwiches!!!
