Tried to figure out what was going on w/ my taxes, since she claims to have so many years of experience in the industry, & she decides to argue w/ me, & this isn’t the 1st time. I don’t appreciate that as somebody giving her my business. Honestly wish I didn’t have to pay her for her services cause she’s been really rude since about 3-4 weeks of me not receiving my taxes. Told me at the beginning I would get my taxes fast & w/in 21 days. Her business card even advertises that. But almost 2 months later now & it’s a problem for me to contact you about my issue? Even if the she can’t handle the issue directly, she could’ve maintained professionalism. 10/10 Would not recommend.
