I‘m craving KFC after I watched some commercial and this is the nearest one to my house. THE STAFF HERE WERE SO NICE and POLITE! I came here for two days in a row, and I’m so impressed. Be safe serve safe

Im a uber eats driver . I came to pick up a customer's order which I was told they didn't even have the customer's food . So my customer had to cancel their order . I feel like they should have called the customer and told them that they didn't have it ready or just didn't have what they ordered. The management was un professional b/c she told me to go through the drive through after i had been waiting for over 20 min.

Poor sanitation. My shoes stuck to the floor. I witnessed employees not wearing gloves when handing containers or fixing food boxes. One employee kept checking his phone and even answered while helping a customer and did not wash hands after. I also witnessed two employees giving each other a special hand shake when passing each other then went back to fixing food without washing hands. There was very minimal concern for the current pandemic at this location. I understand why they have an 86 inspection score. I ordered online and was told I had to come in...it took 25+ min to get my food that I pre-ordered online, and I had to remind them of all my food items. Which by that time and after the poor service I lost my appetite. I am officially done with KFC, especially the memorial Dr. Stone Mountain location. YUCK!!!!

It was no good I got the new 30 dollar meal had to wait about 20 mins their was only one person in front me no one else in the store . And their was no biscuit ready had to wait and no one came to me and said sir their is a wait on them.and they where only taken cash really . I dont do this alot cause of the customer is not their anymore and I wont take the chance of getting bad food from a place I like to eat out at I dont eat burgers just chicken
